Who we are

We are a group of four college students who have interests in nutrition, fitness, and mental health, and how that affects a balanced lifestyle. We want to help people understand how nutrition, fitness, and mental health go hand in hand to lead a happy and healthier life. We believe that everything should be done in moderation and not be too restrictive because who wants to live that kind of life? We understand everyone is different and unique in their own way, so we will do our best to ensure your wants and needs are met.

Even though we are still in college and still learning, we will continue to keep up with the latest research. We want to make sure our knowledge is up to date so we can best assist you.
